|She likes icecream|
A Midnight SceneIt gets very cold in the house at nightA Midnight Scene by ~Shuffles101
Making each step across the scarred wooden floor icy
As it creaks underneath bare feet
A dying fire lays in the hearth
Flickering and trembling
Off picture frames
And smiling faces
Off a half empty wine glass
With the dark red residue
Of her lips
Across the rim
The mahogany door has been blown open
Allowing snow to dot the front carpet
And the wind to dance through the home
Bringing both of her rivaling suitors with her
The northern cold
With his tight embrace
And the scent of the large blue pines
Who offers his stories and emotions
She waltzes with both
Dismissing the fire from its post
Preferring the milky glow of the moon
To light her ballroom floor
And she will continue to dance
Until a man is awoken
By the evidence of their party
As to not disturb his wife
Will climb out of bed
Pull on a robe
And shut the door with a shiver
He will then breathe life back into the dead fire
Before climbing back up the creaking step
Regretted Invitation"This is stupid. We've been here for two hours and not a single thing has happened."Regretted Invitation by ~Shuffles101
The words echoed around the empty, dark house. Two people agreed with this statement, and one was too nervous to pay any attention. Peter looked around and sighed bitterly. This 'Midnight Game' was a complete and utter waste of time. It had been Tyler's idea, of course. Stupid nerd was always spending his life looking up creepy things on the internet. The whole idea was to allow a pagan god or something into your house and walk around with candles. If your candle went out, he was near. You needed to either relight it within ten seconds, or surround yourself with a circle of salt. It you didn't, the 'Midnight Man' would make you have vivid hallucinations concerning your deepest fear until 3:33 in the morning. If nothing happened up until that designated time, which was looking to be the case right now, you won, and the Midnight Man would leave. Apparently it was some old pagan punishment or some mess li
BeginningTen....Beginning by ~Shuffles101
This was it.
They were getting closer and closer to the planet that was destined to replace earth.
This was their new beginning.
He turned his head as much as the force crushing against his body would allow. The sight beyond the window was one that would remain with the young man until death. Galaxies, nebulas, hundreds upon thousands of worlds flew past his eyes, gone within a fraction of a second.
Was this it? Was this the whole of the universe? He didn't want to believe it. He didn't want to believe that it could all be ignored so easily. How many of those planets held life? How many had women, children, even, living among their surfaces? How could they, mere humans, be anywhere near as important as they believed that they were?
Was this really it?
What about this beginning was new?
The ship groaned underneath them. Alarms screamed. Those that were strapped tightly into the remotely controlled vessel coul
Even TradesMama says she likes working for the ladyEven Trades by ~Shuffles101
I see her sitting in the kitchen with her friends
Their hair up
Smoking their cigarettes
And listening to the one record we own
She tells me that it's not bad work
Cleaning for the lady
In her pretty picture house
Up on the hill
She tells me that there are children my age
Who get in the same trouble I do
I asked if I could meet them
She said she wasn't sure
I think Mama might have been fibbing though
She's very tired these days
She doesn't play with me
Like she used to
Mama loves to sing
"When are you going to become rich and famous?"
Her friends'll say
Through the curling blue smoke
"You can start in the speakeasies
And work your way up!
You'll let us live in your mansion,
Won't you Dorothy?"
Mama doesn't say much after that
When I ask her why she doesn't start in the speakeasies
Why she won't sing
She won't answer me
She'll just give me my dinner
And tell me to eat by the fire
Ever so slightly
We did it guys! All of the slots in our musical collaboration for the song 'Am I the Enemy' by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus are filled! We even have a good number of people turning in the pictures! That being said, we have a lot that need to get them in as soon as possible. School for and myself starts soon, and our freetime will be cut in half. I'll be sending out individual notes soon.
On another note, I want to say thank you to each and everyone of the great artists that have helped be apart of this. Really, we weren't expecting much, and Rabbits and I are thrilled to death that this is working out. Once we get all the pictures, I'll start working on the video. Thank you so much!
As a reminder of who has what though:4)This is what I've found (Finished by )
*if you would like to incorperate two lyrics into one picture that follow each other in the song (ex. lyrics 20 and 21), that can work. Comment here or note me at if you have any more questions, concens, or want to join in*
